The basin is surrounded by trees, and behind, industrial units. Neither of these affect the sun on the moorings which in the afternoon is over the towpath.

CCTV cameras cover the entrance to the moorings off Whitebridge Lane Industrial Estate. Security is thus good.

The moorings on the frontage have very attractive gardens included. Car parking is provided about 50 metres from the boats.

As the moorings are on a small site, we will need to know about you and your boat before accepting you as a moorer. Moorings are only available as space permits.

We have wildlife around the boatyard, in particular ducks and cats. We do allow moorers to have dogs with them, but ask that they be kept on a lead if your mooring is within the basin area.The moorings are run by our sister company, Aquagem Waterway Services. If you wish to moor with us, we are happy to take your details should a space become available.
